Islam Defines Science, and doesn't shun it as some polarised POV's would suggest. Two ayaat of the Qur'an are expounded upon in this video, which bring home the scientific pursuit within the Qur'anic discourse - Imran Hussein, gives us the insight! "And Allah has extracted you from the wombs of your mothers not knowing a thing, and He made for you hearing and vision and intellect that perhaps you would be grateful.
Do they not see the birds controlled in the atmosphere of the sky? None holds them up except Allah . Indeed in that are signs for a people who believe." [Qur'an 16:78/79]
