The Branches of Faith (Ramadan 2018 - Part 8): Belief in Allah - Shaykh Dr. Yasir Qadhi

The highest or best of the seventy-odd Branches of Faith is the Shahada. Iman in Allah(SWT) is no doubt the foundation upon which every single other facet of Iman comes from. This is the criterion of Iman(belief) and Kufr(disbelief). And the Kalima is the most comprehensive Kalima that summarizes what we mean when we say we believe in Allah(SWT).

It is because of this Kalima that Allah created us. Allah created us to worship him and he also sent the Messengers only to spread this message. It is what separates the Mu’min from the Kafir. Allah did not separate us based on our skin colors, ethnicities, or nationalities. Some have accepted the Kalima while others have rejected it.
