My Journey to Islamic Knowledge ~ Dr. Yasir Qadhi | 13th March 2015

The Ministry of Islamic Affairs of the Republic of Maldives invited Shaykh Dr. Yasir Qadhi earlier this month to visit their beautiful islands of Maldives and to share his knowledge & wisdom with the lovely people of Maldives.

During his visit Shaykh Yasir was interviewed by 'Television Maldives' where he shared his journey from being a graduate in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston, Texas to a graduate in Islamic Sciences from the prestigious Islamic University of Madinah, Saudi Arabia.

In this interview Shaykh Dr. Yasir Qadhi shares his inspirational journey of seeking knowledge, learning the Arabic language and specialising in Hadith studies, along with having lofty aspirations to always aim higher with Allāh (subḥānahu wa ta'āla) at the centre of all motivations.
