The Kingdom of the Heart & Limbs | Amjad Tarsin

We often hear about the importance of having a sound and clean heart. But what about the rest of our bodies such as our limbs? Do they have a role to play as we attempt to keep our hearts clean? What does this look like in our daily lives? Joining me to explore this topic further is Amjad Tarsin. Amjad was selected as University of Toronto’s first full-time Chaplain. He recently completed a series on this topic through Soul Food, a podcast that looks at the ways to refine the heart, seeking it’s virtues and ridding oneself of its vices.
