The Forbidden Gaze ᴴᴰ

❝Tell the believing men to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts. That is purer for them. Indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what they do.❞

If you have a hard time lowering your gaze, then watch this lecture before you go out or listen to it while your outside to help you, may Allah give us ALL the strength and Imaan to lower our gaze from things that are haram (forbidden) to look at.
