Indeed with a hardship there will come at least two eases. it specifies al 'usr each time. So both verses 4 and 5 refer to the same hardship and a different ease.

lets count the blessing we have in our lives. Our hands, our feet, our tongue with which we praise Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala, a mind, eyes....the list is endless. lets go make sajdah to thank Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala!

rabbighfir warham wa anta khair urrahimeen!

Our lord forgive us and have mercy on us. indeed you are the best of those who show mercy! AMEEN

Regarding Mistakes - microsoft does not allow for the shaddah to be displayed with a kasra. It is instead displayed a shaddah+fathah. Follow the shaikh when in doubt as the recitation is correct.
