Post-Morning Run Thoughts 9 | Check That Pride

Today was an easy run as I recover from my 18 km run a couple of days ago. I had to keep my pace down even though I got passed by a couple of guys I knew I could beat, and this got me thinking about the similarity between physical and spiritual pride.
