The best place to learn "Change Management" is from Islam through the life of Prophet ﷺ. In only 23 years, Islam changed the Prophet’s society completely. From paganism and idolatry to being submissive before the one true God; from tribal quarrels and wars to national solidarity and cohesion; from drunkenness and anarchy to disciplined living; from utter bankruptcy to the highest standards of moral excellence; from absolute backwardness and ignorance to becoming the epitome of knowledge, science, and civilization. How can we make a change in our current society following the same sublime Islamic principles?

The Annual MAS-ICNA Convention is one of the largest and most diverse Islamic conventions in North America. The convention takes place in Chicago, Illinois every December during the winter holiday season.
