Concept of family planning in Islam and why it is easier to convince the muslims to do MTP (Medical Termination of Pregnancy) rather than TL (Tubal Ligation) ie permanent method of family planning.
Tubal Ligation and any other permanent method of family planning is prohibited in Islam. "And (then unbelievers) plotted and planned, and Allah too planned, and the best of planners is Allah. (3:54)"
