Did Nabeel Qureshi get cancer as a punishment from God? - Answering Sheikh Dimashqiah
---------------------------------------------------
Nabeel Qureshi is a former Ahmadi who converted to Christianity and now fiercely defends the Christian faith as an apologist. Qureshi has been battling cancer and sadly, doctors now say he is in the “last stages of life.”
"The doctors have pretty much given up on treating me," Qureshi told followers in a Facebook video. "They think my body is in its final stages of life."
CBN News reports that Qureshi announced his cancer diagnosis last August. He has an aggressive form of stomach cancer.
“They have suggested palliative care. We are just doing comfort measures. Right now the doctors have decided no more calories for me, for a few days. If that means bad things happen, then bad things happen. It's looking pretty grim. I could really use your prayers," Qureshi said.
Qureshi is praying for a miracle and asking his followers to pray, but he also knows that, whatever happens, God is still in control. Even though his situation is dire, he is not giving up on his faith.
