There's a diversity of opinion when it comes to the recitation of the Qur'an for women on their monthly cycles. There is, however, one way to avoid controversy and take a safest-possible approach that still facilitates interaction with the Qur'an.

Social expectations can make some women feel like they have to choose between family or their worship in Ramadan. We all have multiple responsibilities, and while that means we have to work hard to balance them, that also means we don't have to choose between one or the other.

For both men and women, caring for your family for the sake of Allah and with Ihsan is a source of blessings. That does not, however, make it a replacement for the special worship in Ramadan.
Helping everyone in the family reach a balance if a team effort. A wife's ibadah is her husband's priority as well.
