Addictions are often seen as physical abuse like drugs and alcohol, but more commonly they also include mental and emotional addictions. Following one's desires has the tendency to eventually become a recurring obsession and results in the person becoming a slave to compulsive behaviour. This workshop helps deal with addictions and prevent new ones.
