Prophet Ayyūb ('alayhi'l-salām) was a thankful servant of Allāh (subḥānahu wa ta'āla) whom Allāh had blessed with immense wealth and ten sons.

Allāh (subḥānahu wa ta'āla) tested Ayyūb ('alayhi'l-salām) to see if he would still be a thankful slave if all his fortune & children were taken away from him.
