12. Reflections on the Quran | Changing Oneself

Allah ﷻ conditions changing a community with the individuals first changing themselves. But He ﷻ also states that He made it so that groups act collectively to repel evil and injustice in the world. In other words, being told to work on yourself doesn’t mean you can’t continue to work to challenge the wrongs happening in the world.
